All local meat & vegetables are organic, and within a 50 mile radius. We do all of our cooking on a handmade, wood-smoked, brick-oven located outside. European desserts, homemade ravioli, and gourmet pizzas to order. Elk, Bison ,Lamb and Goat are available in many specialties. Offering local wine, wine from around the world, and the best beer selection in the area. RESERVATIONS PLEASE as seating is limited and food is all handmade.
