From Buffalo:

Approx. 3½ hours Take NYS Thruway (I-90) to Exit 41. Take Route 414S for 3 miles. Turn left onto 318 to Auburn.  Take 318 to Routes 5&20.  Take left turn onto Routes 5&20 West to Auburn.  Turn right onto Route 34 then take a right at the intersection of Route 34 and Genesee Street. The Visitor's Center will be located on the right at 131 Genesee at the corner of Genesee and Dill.  Kiosk parking is available along the street.

From Boston Massachusetts:

Approx. 5½ hours Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90 West ) into New York State, continue on I-90 (NYS Thruway), to Exit 40, Then take Route 34 South to Auburn.  Turn right onto Genesee Street.  The Visitor's Center will be located on the right at 131 Genesee at the corner of Genesee and Dill.  Kiosk parking is available along the street.

From Philadelphia:

Approx. 5 hours Take I-476 to 81 North.  Take 81 North to Exit 12 (Homer).  Go straight to the first stoplight. Turn right and go to next stoplight. Turn left into State Route 90. Continue along State Route 90 and turn right onto Route 34 South.  Take 34 South into Auburn, turn left onto Genesee Street.  The Visitor's Center will be located on the right at 131 Genesee at the corner of Genesee and Dill.  Kiosk parking is available along the street.

From New York City:

Approx. 4 ½ - 5 hours Take I-80 West to I-380 West, then I-81 North to Exit 12 (Homer).  Go straight to the first stoplight. Turn right and go to next stoplight. Turn left into State Route 90. Continue along State Route 90 and turn right onto Route 34 South.  Take 34 South into Auburn, turn left onto Genesee Street.  The Visitor's Center will be located on the right at 131 Genesee at the corner of Genesee and Dill.  Kiosk parking is available along the street.  

From Montreal:

Approx. 5 hours Take 401 West to I-81 South. Continue on I-81 South, merge onto I-90 West, (NYS Thruway) via Exit 25A towards Buffalo (portions toll).  Continue on I-90 (NYS Thruway), to Exit 40.  Then take Route 34 South to Auburn.  Turn right onto Genesee Street.  The Visitor's Center will be located on the right at 131 Genesee at the corner of Genesee and Dill.  Kiosk parking is available along the street.

From Binghamton:

Approx. 1 ½ - 2 hours Take 81N to Exit 12 (Homer).  Go straight to the first stoplight. Turn right and go to next stoplight. Turn left into State Route 90. Continue along State Route 90 and turn right onto Route 34 South.  Take 34 South into Auburn, turn left onto Genesee Street.  The Visitor's Center will be located on the right at 131 Genesee at the corner of Genesee and Dill.  Kiosk parking is available along the street.  

From Rochester/Geneva:

Approx. 1 ¼ hours Take NYS Thruway (I-90E) to Waterloo Exit 41.  Take Route 414S for 3 miles. Turn left onto 318 to Auburn.  Take 318 to Routes 5&20.  Take left turn onto Routes 5&20 West to Auburn.  Turn right onto Route 34 then take a right at the intersection of Route 34 and Genesee Street.  The Visitor's Center will be located on the right at 131 Genesee at the corner of Genesee and Dill.  Kiosk parking is available along the street.
