Annual Report

The Cayuga County Office of Tourism takes an opportunity every year to review our goals, objectives, programs, and services. Our Annual Report creates a snapshot that summarizes the year and provides data on the most recent tourism statistics and trends.

Marketing Programs

Throughout each year, the Cayuga County Office of Tourism reviews changing consumer trends, target market demographic and psychographic information, and previous marketing efforts to help direct development for the following year’s marketing plan and budget. Research

Sound marketing decisions are based on good research. As a research based organization we draw from various forms of data as well as the feedback of our stakeholders who include not only our Board of Directors but our community members as well. We also strive for holding focus groups, create marketing and strategic plans based on geographic, demographics, and traveler spend data.
