You can bring a bit of your Finger Lakes vacation home, when you browse through charming specialty stores and antique shops to find local treasures and souvenirs. Cayuga County offers both premier shopping centers and locally owned specialty stores, making it easy to find something for everyone.
If you are looking for locally made products, be sure to stop at the Cedar Craft Wild Bird Center for a hand made bird feeder, New Hope Mills for their delicious pancake mix and MacKenzie-Childs for hand-decorated tableware and home furnishings. Our wineries are also great places to shop as most have gift shops with wine-related items, and of course a bottle of Finger Lakes wine is a always a welcome gift!
Antique shops abound throughout the county and collectibles can always be found on the annual 50 Mile Long Garage Sale held on Route 90 the last weekend in July.
Foodies will delight in the fresh produce here in the Finger Lakes! Our restaurants get the pick of fruits and vegetables grown at nearby farms: tomatoes still warm from the garden, sweet strawberries, corn so good you can skip the salt and butter -- and much more.
