From ribs cooked over charcoal to fresh roasted coffee beans and good old fashioned comfort food we have it all!

Meet owner and cook Frederick “Fritz” Hess. Cooking good food that people from all walks of life can enjoy and it is about community. Sourcing ingredients locally allows Hess, a self-described foodie to offer barbecue that measures up to his high standards.

Meet Amelia Bucci-Taylor owner and head bean roaster.  She began roasting her own coffee as a hobby while staying home with her son. Being a local café is something Bucci-Taylor takes seriously so she set out to create a welcoming, kind of community-based place to hang out, sit and talk with friends.”

Join owner Brian for locally sourced high quality flavor from his family to yours. He believes good food brings people together, Brian’s favorite thing about owing a restaurant is the community it builds. Potter’s serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, NYS Craft Beer and Wine.

Little Yard Farm

This seasonal + sustainable female driven, farm based catering venture composes quality food into honest and inclusive cuisine. Their specialty is seasonal, styled “Snapshot” Meal Boards and Spreads.

At Long Last

Robin Long describes her new diner as “a little step up from what normal diner fare might be.” Signature meals include shrimp-and-grits eggs Benedict, and chicken and waffles with sriracha maple and bacon jam. “I think it’s everybody’s dream in this industry to have their own place. I think once that’s in your blood, it doesn’t ever leave,” she said. “I love customer service, the guests, the hustle and the bustle.

Auburn Bagel Company

 Meet Tony Daddabbo, he has worked in the food industry for over 30 years.  He opened the Bagel shop just a few months ago. Here the bagels are kettled and baked the traditional New York City way. drawing on his experience working in renowned Manhattan shop Columbia Bagels.
